  • Goods – Any Goods agreed to be supplied to the Buyer by the Company (including any part or parts of them).

  • Delivery Date – The date on which the Goods are to be delivered as stipulated in the Buyer’s order and accepted by the Seller.

  • Contract – Any agreement between the Company and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of the Goods, incorporating these Conditions.

1. Basis of Sale

1.1. The Buyer represents that information provided when placing its order is up-to-date, materially accurate, and is sufficient for the Seller to fulfil the Buyer’s order.
1.2. The Buyer represents that it has the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
1.3. No representations by employees or agents are binding unless confirmed in writing.
1.4. Variations to these Conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.
1.5. Sales literature, price lists, etc., do not constitute offers and may be changed.
1.6. Seller’s liability is limited to refunding payments for undelivered or returned Goods.
1.7. Typographical errors or omissions may be corrected without liability. If a pricing error is identified, the Buyer will be informed and given the option to reconfirm or cancel.

2. Prices

2.1. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of these charges.
2.3. Prices may be adjusted before delivery.

3. Delivery

3.1. Goods are delivered to the address specified in the order (worldwide delivery available).
3.3. Delivery dates are approximate and may be earlier with notice.
3.4. Each delivery is treated as a separate contract.
3.5. Failure to receive delivery may result in storage fees and transfer of risk.
3.6. Average delivery timeframe is 14–21 working days. Delays may occur.
3.7. We use reliable and well-known postal services.

4. Damage/Loss in Transit

4.1. The Company accepts no liability if carrier procedures aren’t followed.
4.2. Damage or shortages must be reported within 5 days with photos where possible.
4.3. Damaged Goods must be retained for inspection.
4.4. Returns must be pre-approved in writing.
4.5. Non-delivery must be reported within 10 days of the order date.

5. Returns

5.1. Returns are not accepted unless pre-approved in writing.

6. Payment

6.1. Payment can be made using accepted methods listed on the website.
6.2. Full payment must be received before delivery.
6.3. No Goods will be shipped before payment clears.
6.4. Identity/address verification may be required. Acceptable documentation includes:

  • Recent utility bill, bank/credit statement, or mortgage statement

6.5. Late payments may incur interest under applicable laws.
6.6. Buyer is liable for debt recovery and legal fees in case of payment default.

7. Risk and Title

7.1. Risk transfers to the Buyer upon delivery.

8. Retention of Title

8.1. Ownership of Goods remains with the Seller until full payment is received.
